TV & RADIO SEGMENTS

Between my time at the University of Oregon and my experience as a freelancer, I’ve gained experience talking on podcasts and live radio. I know how to host a live radio show with panelists and guests.

I have additional experience anchoring sports television segments as part of the student organization DuckTV. I can call highlights in a SportsCenter-esque fashion, but I can report sports as the news at the same time.

In my previous role at KWVA Radio, I also produced a handful of sporting events. This has taught me how to work with programs such as WideOrbit and Adobe Audition. I have an understanding of how to cut highlights, but also make sure our broadcasters get on air and have proper sound levels. I have familiarity with using audio equipment both in the studio and at the site of games.​
